Traineeships

Croydon Shire Council is seeking motivated, enthusiastic and team-oriented individuals to join our organisation as trainees. These full-time, paid roles combine practical on-the-job experience with formal training, resulting in a nationally recognised qualification upon successful completion.

• Business Administration – Corporate Services

• Customer Engagement – Community, Tourism & Marketing

• Applicant’s Choice Traineeship – Available Across All Council Departments

Eligibility

Under the Queensland Government’s First Start initiative, applicants who meet the following criteria will be considered favourably:

• Aged 15 years or older and no longer at school

• Meet citizenship, residency or visa requirements

Applicants who do not meet these requirements are still encouraged to apply.
