Precinct Plan

Your voice matters!

Thank you to everyone who has contributed ideas and feedback. Your input is helping shape Croydon’s future.

Croydon Shire Council is committed to ensuring community voices guide how our town grows and develops. We are pleased to share an update on the Croydon Precinct Growth Plan.

What Has Happened So Far?

Over recent months, CultureV8’s engagement team met with residents, Traditional Owners, local businesses, service providers and stakeholders to gather feedback.
This process resulted in a shortlist of 24 priority infrastructure projects, covering parks and recreation, heritage, roads and infrastructure, and economic development opportunities.

What’s Next?

The second round of community engagement has now been completed. During these sessions, CultureV8:

  • Reported back on what they heard

  • Presented the 24 priority projects

  • Collected feedback to help refine each project’s scope

Engagement activities included drop-in sessions, focus groups, and opportunities for written submissions.

Written Feedback

Residents were invited to view project materials at Doris Casey Hall and submit written comments in person, by postcard, or via email.

Those preferring a private conversation could book a one-on-one discussion with the CultureV8 team.

All engagement sessions were conducted by CultureV8, who can be contacted at engage@culturev8.com.au or 0400 726 329.
