Croydon Shire Council is seeking a dedicated Administration Reception Officer to join our team. This position provides essential administrative and customer service support to ensure the effective delivery of Council operations. Skills / Experience Required


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualification or experience relevant to the position.

  • Experience working in a business environment and customer service role.

  • Strong professional office administration and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in preparing correspondence, procedures, and reports.

  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.

  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high ethical standards.

  • Motivation, initiative, and a positive team attitude.
