Croydon Shire Council is seeking an Administration Reception Officer to join our team. This role provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of Council’s services while delivering high-level customer service to the Croydon community. The position is part-time with the potential to convert to full-time in the future.
Skills / Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualification or experience relevant to the position.

Experience working in a business environment and customer service role.

Strong professional office administration and customer service skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in preparing correspondence, procedures, and reports.

Ability to work autonomously, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.

Capacity to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high ethical standards.
